SET. 009/2553 13 August 2010 Subject: Informing on the payment of Interim Dividend Attn : The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand The Board of Director Meeting of Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited ("the "Company"), No. 3/2010, held on 13 August 2010 has approved the payment of interim dividend for the period during 1 January 2010 to 30 June 2010 of 0.20 baht per share. The Share Register Book of the Company will be closed for the purpose of determining the right of Shareholders to receiving the dividend on 25 August 2010 (Record Date). Also, 26 August 2010 shall be the date for collecting shareholders names under Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act. The payment of the interim dividend will be on 3 September 2010.
